the training weekend is free, bring a wetsuit, lifejacket and harness if you h ave one.  (Good beer is always appreciated as well)  We'll start around 0800 each day and go most of the day doing dry land drills, rigging, and on the water work.  Has been very helpful to people in the past.  Be ready to swim some.  let me know if you have more ?s  easier on my e-mail.
